Capital Campaign Posting Volunteer - Job Description

The Arizona Jewish Historical Society seeks dedicated volunteers to post fund raising data in our office. Office hours are Mon--Fri 10:00AM-4:00PM. Hours are flexible to be scheduled in advance subject to volunteer availability.

Basic familiarity with computers and office software preferred. The deliverables to be created by our Project Manager will be the report content required by the Capital Campaign from data entered by volunteer.

Training/Background Needed: Office volunteers will work under the supervision and direction of our Associate Director/Project Manager and Office Administrator and/or other appropriate staff. Understanding of Donor Perfect software data entry requirements.

Time Commitment: This position offers a flexible time commitment. Only absolute requirement is that time committed is time fulfilled—show up when you say you will.

Greeter volunteers will work under the supervision and direction of our Associate Director/Project Manager and Office Administrator and/or other proper staff.

Job Description includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Interacting with Associate Director/Project Manager and Office Administrator

  • Maintaining a record of Capital Campaign donations and pledges postings

  • Basic DonorPerfect administrative tasks as needed by Associate Director/Project Manager and Office Administrator and other staff as directed
