Dr. Michael Markson shares his compelling experience as a hidden child and Holocaust survivor. After his father was murdered by the Nazis and his mother imprisoned in the Memel Ghetto, she bravely arranged for him to be smuggled to safety, where he remained in hiding for two years. Dr. Markson reflects on the courage and hardship that shaped his journey, from fleeing Lithuania, resettling in Brooklyn and later, building a new life in Arizona.
