People of All Faiths Welcome

Welcome to the Arizona Jewish Historical Society!

The Society owns and operates the Cutler✡Plotkin Jewish Heritage Center, a historic former synagogue and church that now serves the community as a museum, cultural center, and charming event venue.

Originally built in 1921, the center is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a Phoenix Point of Pride!

Visitors to our award-winning facility can experience firsthand a bit of local history when they tour this historic landmark, explore our museum gallery, or stay for one of our many fun, culturally rich programs.  In addition, our center is available for rent for a variety of events, including weddings, mitzvahs, seminars, receptions, private parties, quinceaneras and more.  People of all faiths are invited to share in the richness of our local history and the excitment of our many events!
